Tai Chi Chuan: Blue Mountain Yoga +

Developed originally in China as a self-defense strategy, Tai Chi is practiced today as a gentle exercise program. Tai Chi is known for its myriad of health benefits and promotes stress reduction, peace of mind, greater balance, pain reduction and many other scientifically proven benefits with regular practice.   

Learn the fundamentals and art of Tai Chi Chuan and how to develop a consistent practice. Learn the subtleties of strength and power and how Tai Chi teaches you to have better posture and stability. In order to receive long lasting benefits from Tai Chi, one must dedicate to learning a form. 

Practiced for thousands of years, Tai Chi has a large list of health benefits associated with a steady and consistent practice.
