Foundations of Strength Training
This class is designed to teach strength training principles for better movement and overall strength. You will learn many drills to help you achieve better flexibility, more stability in movement and better strength.
*This class requires movement without pain. If you have a specific limitation, it is advisable to seek advice from a health care professional before starting a fitness and exercise routine.
This class will start Monday July 8th at 9:30am. Location of Event will be held at Posture First Exercise Therapy Studio, located at 235 E. Washington Street, Sequim Wa, 98382.
